You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

There was an issue with the size; they didn't send me the corresponding size, but I still recommend the product as it has very good quality.
I am very satisfied with the item!!. Exactly 40 pairs arrived. The price is very reasonable compared to the product. Personally, I really like socks that are not too thin and not too thick, and this is exactly what I was looking for.
I usually wear 9 us size shoes and these socks in size eur38-44 fit well and are comfortable. Thanks!
The texture is soft and not too thin.
The fit is correct but the socks do not go up high on the calf (cf. dimensions in the photos with measuring tapes).
The item is comfortable to wear. The elastic band is effective without squeezing the calf too tight
The appearance and colors are consistent with the visuals displayed on the website.
Regarding the advertised EU size 42-47 and the actual dimensions, it seems correct to me, and with my feet being size 42, I am happy not to have chosen a size below: cf. photos attached with tape measures.
Materials used to compose the item (COTTON, POLYESTER, SPANDEX) make the socks well stretchable.
